Result of AGM
The 2018 Annual General Meeting of the Company took place today at 12.30pm at Telford House, Queensgate, Britannia Road, Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire EN8 7TF.
All resolutions proposed at the 2018 Annual General Meeting were carried on a show of hands. Details of the proxy votes received on each resolution are set out below:
