Cancellation of listing of B Shares

TDG Limited announces that LIT plc have today requested the cancellation of listing of TDG Limited 'B' Shares of 34.4p each (ISIN: GB0002570447) ("TDG B Shares") from the Official List and the cancellation of trading from London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities. This has been done following the successful takeover of TDG Limited by LIT plc and subsequent cancellation of listing and trading of TDG's ordinary shares as it is no longer cost effective to maintain a listing for the TDG B shares. The expected date of cancellation of listing and the cancellation of trading is 15 December 2008.
