The following amendments have been made to the 'Total Voting Rights' announcement released on 5 January 2015 at 09:00am under RNS No 2544B.
227,927 options over Telit ordinary shares were exercised.
The issued share capital of Telit as at 31 December 2014 comprises 113,861,225 ordinary shares of 1 penny each, each with voting rights.
All other details remain unchanged.

Total Voting Rights - CORRECTION
In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:
During the month of December 2014, 227,927 options over Telit ordinary shares were exercised.
Accordingly, the issued share capital of Telit, as at 31 December 2014, comprises 113,861,225 ordinary shares of 1 penny each, each with voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury.
The above figure of 113,861,225 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Telit under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
