Posting of Interim Report and notice of AGM
Terra Capital Plc, an AIM quoted investment company which is now operating as a realisation company, announces that copies of the Interim Financial Report for the period ended 30 June 2018 (the "Interim Report") have now been posted to shareholders together with a notice convening an annual general meeting ("AGM") of the Company.
The AGM will be held at the offices of Galileo Fund Services Limited, Millennium House, 46 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1JB on 14 November 2018 at 11:00 a.m. (UK time).
