TalkTalk Group partners with Fujitsu to provide next generation business & network platform for the Post Office Homephone and Broadband customers
London, 25 May 2012 - Fujitsu today announced that it has been selected by the Post Office to design and deliver a solution that brings together a next-generation network (NGN) broadband experience combined with enhanced customer care and billing solutions. Fujitsu has partnered with TalkTalk Group to deliver the NGN platform, with Capita for the customer contact centre and with MDS for consumer billing.Duncan Tait, CEO at Fujitsu UK & Ireland, said: "As a partner to the Post Office since 1996, we listened carefully to their requirements and aspirations and worked with the customer to leverage Fujitsu's IT and telecommunications innovation with the best of class partners in the UK market.
