SALE OF BTG COMPLETED
2 December 2019 - Further to the announcement on 19 September, Spectris plc (LSE: SXS), the productivity-enhancing instrumentation and controls company, today announces that it has completed the sale of its BTG Group business to Voith GmbH & Co. KGaA.
