The following drawdown prospectus (the "Drawdown Prospectus") has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:
Drawdown Prospectus dated 20 June 2012 for Severn Trent Plc's Sterling-denominated RPI-Linked Notes due July 2022 (the "Notes") which should be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 19 June 2012 in respect of its €4,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
