CHANGE OF DIRECTOR DETAILS
In accordance with the Listing Rule requirement to give notice of new directorships held by current directors (LR 9.6.14 (2)), Spirax‑Sarco Engineering plc announces that Jamie Pike, Chairman, has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of Cobham plc (Cobham) effective from 1st May 2019. In addition, it is intended that Jamie becomes Chairman of Cobham after a short handover period, and taking account of the proposed completion of the takeover of RPC Group plc, where he is currently Chairman.
On this basis, the Board is satisfied that Jamie Pike's appointments with Cobham comply with the UK Corporate Governance Code.
