NOTICE OF 2013 PRELIMINARY RESULTS

London, UK - 7 February 2014: Spirent Communications plc ("Spirent", the "Company" or the "Group") (LSE: SPT), a leading communications technology company, will announce its preliminary results for the financial year ended 31 December 2013 on 27 February 2014 before the opening of the UK market.

The Company will host a results presentation at 09.30am UK time on Thursday 27 February 2014 at UBS, Presentation Room, 4th Floor, 100 Liverpool Street, London EC2M 2RH.
