RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING
On 14 October 2014 the Company announced details of a conditional Placing by N+1 Singer to raise £6.25 million (before expenses) through the issue of 125,000,000 New Ordinary Shares at an issue price of 5 pence per share.
The Company is pleased to announce that, at the General Meeting held earlier today, all of the Resolutions proposed were passed by Shareholders.
Application has been made to AIM for the admission of 125,000,000 New Ordinary Shares to be issued pursuant to the Placing, such admission being expected on 31 October 2014.
The following table sets out the Directors' shareholdings and percentage interests in the issued share capital of the Company following Admission:

The New Ordinary Shares are expected to be credited to CREST accounts on 31 October 2014 and definitive share certificates for the New Ordinary Shares (in certificated form) are expected to be despatched to certificated shareholders by 10 November 2014.
Following Admission of the New Ordinary Shares and in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, the Company's issued voting ordinary share capital will be comprised of 153,007,577 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as a denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Superglass under the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
The Company expects to announce its preliminary results for the financial year ended 31 August 2014 on 20 November 2014.
