Director's dealings

The Company was informed on 26 May 2012 that on 25 May 2012 Carl Bacon, Non-executive Chairman, purchased 6,000 shares into his SIPP account at 91p per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction Carl Bacon is interested in 761,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.24% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
