Director/PDMR Shareholding
In accordance with the requirements of UK Market Abuse Regulation Article 19, Sanne announces that on 13 June 2022 awards over ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company vested for certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs).
The below PDMRs received shares on the vesting of awards granted under the Company's 2019 Performance Share Plan (PSP) as shown in the table below. Martin Schnaier, James Ireland, and Jason Bingham elected to sell a portion of their vested shares in order to satisfy the associated tax liability. James Bermingham elected to sell all shares on receipt.
