Skyepharma PLC09 February 2006 For immediate release 9 February 2006 SkyePharma PLC ("the Company") Notification of Major Interest in Shares In accordance with the Companies Act 1985 (as amended) the Company was informedon 9 February 2006 that Fidelity International Limited and its direct andindirect subsidiaries, being non-beneficial holders, ("Fidelity") had decreasedtheir holding by 3,122,360 ordinary shares since their last filing on 8 February2006.
