Skyepharma PLC07 February 2006 For immediate release 7 February 2006 SkyePharma PLC ("the Company") Notification of Interests of Directors The Company was informed on 7 February 2006 by Ian Gowrie-Smith, Non-executiveDirector of SkyePharma PLC, that on 7 February 2006 Thornaby Limited, a companyin which he has a beneficial interest, purchased 200,000 Ordinary Shares in theCompany at a price of 41.0 pence per share and 300,000 Ordinary Shares at aprice of 40.5 pence per share. The shares are registered in the name of J M FinnNominees.
