Skyepharma PLC23 February 2006 For immediate release 23 February 2006 SkyePharma PLC ("the Company") Notification of Major Interest in Shares In accordance with the Companies Act 1985 (as amended) the Company was informedon 23 February 2006 that Fidelity International Limited and its direct andindirect subsidiaries, being non-beneficial holders, ("Fidelity") had decreasedtheir holding by 6,950,000 ordinary shares since their last filing on 14February 2006.
