Skyepharma PLC26 April 2006 For immediate release 26 April 2006 SkyePharma PLC ("the Company") Notification of Interests of Directors The Company was informed on 26 April 2006 by Dr David Ebsworth, Non-executiveDirector of SkyePharma PLC, that on 25 April 2006 he had purchased 25,000Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 38.25 pence per share. The sharesare registered in the name of Vidacos Nominees Limited.
