SkyePharma PLC (the "Company")
On 20 April 2009, as a result of the operation of the Co-Investment Agreement entered into by the Company and Peter Grant in 2007, and as authorised by the Remuneration Committee, Mr Grant became the legal and beneficial owner of 1,877 Ordinary Shares of the Company with a value of £1.68 per Share. This is the second and final tranche of the award of Matching Shares under the Co-Investment Agreement.
Following the release of this tranche of 1,877 Ordinary Shares, Mr Grant holds 9,857 Ordinary Shares in SkyePharma PLC, of which 1,917 are held directly in his own name and the remaining 7,940 are held in the name of Nortrust Nominees Limited.
