Speymill Deutsche Immobilien Co PLC30 November 2007 Speymill Deutsche Immobilien Company plc ("SDIC" or "the Company") Results of AGM and EGM Speymill Deutsche Immobilien Company plc (AIM: SDIC; SDCC), the pan-Germanresidential property investment company listed on AIM, advises shareholders thatat the Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM") held today, all resolutionswere duly passed. In particular, both Ordinary Shareholders and C Shareholders approved theresolution authorising the purchase by the Company of up to 15% of the fullypaid Ordinary Shares in issue and up to 15% of the C Shares in issue at a priceof no less than one Euro cent and not more than EUR5.00 per share with an expirydate of the conclusion of the second Annual General Meeting or, if earlier, on31 December 2008.
