Sable Mining Africa Limited, the AIM listed resource investment company, received notification on 14 April 2011 that following an acquisition of 6,400,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 13 April 2011, Credit Suisse Group AG, the parent holding company of Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Ltd, Credit Suisse International and Credit Suisse Asset Management LLC, is now interested in 75,634,525 shares, representing 8.15% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
