Dealings by Directors and Persons Disclosing Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')
The Restaurant Group plc announces that on 8 April 2013 Andrew Page, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, exercised 227,662 Conditional Options and 70,364 Matching Options under the Long Term Incentive Plan. Mr Page also exercised 100,000 share options at an exercise price of 134.4p Following these exercises, Mr Page sold 359,456 shares at 454.6p per share. Following these transactions Mr Page increased his shareholding in The Restaurant Group plc from 681,486 shares to 720,056 shares, and his shareholding now represents 0.36% of the issued share capital.
On 8 April 2013 Stephen Critoph, Group Finance Director of the Company, exercised 102,091 Conditional Options and 31,565 Matching Options under the Long Term Incentive Plan. Following this exercise Mr Critoph sold 113,565 shares at 454.6p per share. Following these transactions Mr Critoph increased his beneficial shareholding in The Restaurant Group plc from 358,197 shares to 378,288 shares, and his shareholding now represents 0.19% of the issued share capital.
On 8 April 2013 Trish Corzine, Executive Director, Concessions, exercised 97,898 Conditional Options and 30,250 Matching Options under the Long Term Incentive Plan. Following this exercise Ms Corzine sold 128,148 shares at 454.6p per share. Following these transactions Ms Corzine continues to hold 325,830 shares in The Restaurant Group plc, representing 0.16% of the issued share capital.
