Notification of Interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR') and connected persons.
The Company announces the following changes to the interests of Directors and PDMRs in the Company's ordinary shares of 28.125p each ('Shares').
The Company has been advised that on 10 October 2012 the following awards have been made to Directors and PDMRs under the SAYE scheme, at an option price of 283p per share.
