Restaurant Group PLC22 April 2005 The Restaurant Group plc Publication of Report & Accounts 2004and current trading update The Restaurant Group plc ("the Company") today announces that it has publishedits Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2004. The Chairman'sstatement included in the Report & Accounts provides an update on currenttrading for the first 14 weeks to 10 April 2005, during which group like-for-like sales grew 3 per cent. The Company's AGM will be held on 25 May 2005.
