Red Rock Resources plc08 May 2008 RED ROCK RESOURCES PLC Partial Sale of Investment in Mindax Limited Dated: 8 May 2008 Red Rock Resources plc ("Red Rock" or the "Company") the mineral exploration anddevelopment company focused on advancing iron ore, uranium and manganeseprojects in Australia and East Africa, announces that it has sold 1,430,000shares in Mindax Limited (ASX: MDX)("Mindax"), a company listed on theAustralian Stock Exchange with tenements contiguous to the Company's tenement atMt Alfred in Western Australia. The shares were sold at an average price net of expenses of 22.46 cents pershare, for total proceeds of AUD 321,235.00. The Company's holding in Mindax wasacquired between November 2007 and February 2008 at an average purchase pricenet of expenses of 13.19 cents per share. Following the sale the Company is interested in 6,170,000 ordinary shares inMindax. This holding represents a 7.30% interest in the issued share capital ofMindax. The Company considers it appropriate to take advantage of the significant risein the Mindax price over the short period since the investment was made andliquidate part of the investment.
