Red Rock Resources plc14 February 2008 RED ROCK RESOURCES PLC Update - investment in Mindax Limited Dated: 14 February 2008 Red Rock Resources plc (the 'Company'), the mineral exploration and developmentcompany focused on advancing iron ore, uranium and manganese projects inAustralia and East Africa, announces that it has further increased itsinvestment in Mindax Limited ('Mindax'), a mineral exploration company listed onthe Australian Stock Exchange ('ASX') under the trading symbol MDX. The Companyhas acquired a further 2,050,000 shares in Mindax at a cost of approximately£123,756, bringing its total holding to 8,450,000 shares as at 14 February 2008.This total holding represents an interest of 10.02% in Mindax's issued ordinaryshare capital. The purchase is made for investment purposes. An announcement of this holding has also been made on the ASX. Mindax has issued an update letter to its shareholders and option holdersrelating to the Company's holding in Mindax, and highlighting the potentialcontribution to the value of Mindax from Mindax's Mt Forrest iron ore project,that adjoins the Company's Mt Alfred tenement in Western Australia.
