Red Rock Resources plc14 November 2005 RED ROCK RESOURCES PLC Exploration Update Dated: 14 November 2005 Red Rock Resources plc ("Red Rock" or the "Company") the mineral exploration anddevelopment company focussed on advancing iron ore, gold and uranium projects inWestern Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory of Australia announces anupdate of exploration at it's Mt Alfred project in Western Australia. Highlights • Review of government airborne radiometric data highlights a significant uranium anomaly within the Mt Alfred project area • Historical exploration data shows anomalous results from reconnaissance auger drilling, and identifies uranium mineralisation at Mt Alfred • Results of sampling at the historical YMCA No 2 uranium prospect in the Northern Territory expected shortly • Reconnaissance of the Woolgni goldfield and Tower gold prospect in the Northern Territory receives a positive assessment. Uranium Acquisition and processing of government airborne radiometric data was recentlycompleted for the Mt Alfred project area located in the southern Yilgarn regionof Western Australia. Review of the imaged data revealed a strong uraniumanomaly within the central portion of the tenement measuring approximately 3km x3km. The anomaly is coincident with the eastern parts of a large salt lake known asLake Barlee which is largely covered by layers of gravel, sand, clay, calcreteand gypsiferous material. The area is prospective for two types of deposits; • deposits in near-surface calcrete and associated sediments; and • deposits in young, unconsolidated deeper sandy sediments where redox boundaries may occur The former is considered most attractive. During 1977, the area was subject to exploration activities by uranium explorerUranerz (Australia) Pty Ltd. Their work included shallow reconnaissance augerdrilling that returned anomalous results up to 150ppm U3O8 from calcretehorizons. Grab sampling of surface material also returned anomalous results.However, no further uranium exploration activities have been carried out in thearea since. The Company believes the results are worthy of follow-up considering the littleamount of work completed to date. Preliminary sampling is planned for thecurrent field season.
