Red Rock Resources PLC (the "Company") was yesterday notified that Manoli Yannaghas, a director of the Company, had that day sold 500,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2 pence per share
Following the sale, Mr Yannaghas remains interested in 250,000 Ordinary Shares.
In addition to his direct interests in Ordinary Shares, Mr Yannaghas remains interested in the following options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares:
