CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Rolls-Royce announces the appointment of Nigel Goldsworthy as Company Secretary with effect from 1 December 2012. He succeeds Paul Davies who is currently the Acting Company Secretary.
Nigel started his career with Freshfields before moving to Lovells (now Hogan Lovells) where he became a Partner in the International Banking Group. Since joining Rolls-Royce in 2004, Nigel has held general counsel and company secretary roles within Treasury before more recently being Group Head of Legal, a role he will retain in addition to being Company Secretary.
