3 March 2014 RIGHTMOVE PLC DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING Rightmove plc (the "Company"), has received the following notifications todayfrom Nick McKittrick, Chief Executive Officer, Peter Brooks-Johnson, ChiefOperating Officer and Robyn Perriss, Finance Director: Nick McKittrick has confirmed that he has today been awarded Nil cost deferredshares over 9,224 ordinary shares of 1p each following achievement of the 2013bonus targets. The deferred shares are exercisable for 12 months from 3 March2016. Nick McKittrick has also been awarded Nil cost performance shares over30,018 ordinary shares of 1p each. The performance shares are exercisable for aperiod of 2 years from 3 March 2017 subject to performance criteria being met. Following this transaction, the beneficial shareholding of Nick McKittrick is130,350 ordinary shares representing 0.13% of the ordinary shares in issue(excluding shares held in treasury). Nick McKittrick also holds executive andSharesave options over 394,614 ordinary shares, deferred share awards over44,591 ordinary shares and 150,889 performance shares. Peter Brooks-Johnson has confirmed that he has today been awarded Nil costdeferred shares over 6,918 ordinary shares of 1p each following achievement ofthe 2013 bonus targets. Peter Brooks-Johnson also holds executiveand Sharesave options over 269,972 ordinary shares, deferred share awards over32,721 ordinary shares and 98,982 performance shares. Robyn Perriss has confirmed that she has today been awarded Nil cost deferredshares over 4,353 ordinary shares of 1p each following achievement of the 2013bonus targets. The deferred shares are exercisable for 12 months from 3 March2016. Robyn Perriss has also been awarded Nil cost performance shares over19,887 ordinary shares of 1p each.
