RM PLC07 December 2006 7 December 2006 RM plc Directors' Share Option Exercises RM plc was informed on 7 December 2006 that Executive Directors Tim Pearson,Mike Greig and Rob Sirs had exercised and sold share options on 7 December 2006that were granted under the RM plc 1994 Executive Share Option Scheme and the RMplc 2001 Executive Share Option Scheme. Tim Pearson (Chief Executive Officer) exercised options over 70,000 ordinaryshares in the Company at 147.5p per share under the RM plc 1994 Executive ShareOption Scheme and sold these shares at a price of 185p per share. He alsoexercised options over 12,000 shares in the Company at 144.5p per share underthe RM plc 2001 Executive Share Option Scheme and sold these shares at a priceof 185p. Following these transactions Tim Pearson's beneficial holding in theCompany is unchanged at 155,974 shares (representing approximately 0.17% of theissued share capital). Mike Greig (Executive Director) exercised options over 25,000 ordinary shares inthe Company at 147.5p per share under the RM plc 1994 Executive Share OptionScheme and sold these shares at a price of 185p per share. Following thetransaction Mike Greig's beneficial holding in the Company is unchanged at179,939 shares (representing approximately 0.20% of the issued share capital). Rob Sirs (Executive Director) exercised options over 16,670 ordinary shares inthe Company at 147.5p per share under the RM plc 1994 Executive Share OptionScheme and sold these shares at a price of 185p per share.
