RM plc: Notification of Director's Interests
As described in the Remuneration Report included in the RM plc Annual Report and Accounts for 2008, the Company has made a one-off restricted stock award to Rob Sirs, Chief Operating Officer. This award was made following consultation with major shareholders and the Association of British Insurers.
On 9 January 2009, Rob Sirs was granted a restricted stock award over 137,363 2p ordinary shares in RM plc. The number of shares awarded is equivalent to 100% of his salary at 182p per share, the closing price on 15 September 2008, the date on which the award was confirmed by the Remuneration Committee.
Subject to the Remuneration Committee's satisfaction with the Group's underlying financial performance and Rob Sirs' continued employment, the award will vest on 15 September 2011.
Following the award, Rob Sir's beneficial interest in RM plc remains at 174,733 2p ordinary shares.
