Response to Requisition Notice
Northgate plc ("Northgate" or the "Company") notes the announcement on 11 March 2019 by Crystal Amber Fund Limited that it delivered to the Board of Northgate (the "Board") a requisition notice pursuant to section 303 of the Companies Act 2006 requiring the Company to call a General Meeting within 21 days of receipt of the requisition, at which resolutions will be proposed to remove the Chairman of Northgate, Andrew Page, as a director from the Board and to appoint Steve Smith to the Board as a director.
The Board will respond in due course.
