The highest price and lowestprice paid for these shares were €5.50 and €5.50 respectively. The purchasedshares will all be cancelled. Following the above purchase, the Company has a total of 34,769,719 ordinaryshares in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented 0.086% ofthe voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior tosuch purchases.
