The highest price and lowest price paid for theseshares were €5.40 and €5.40 respectively. The purchased shares will all becancelled. Following the above purchase, the Company has a total of 34,946,731 ordinaryshares in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented 0.025% ofthe voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior tosuch purchases.
