The highest price and lowest price paid for theseshares were €5.60 and €5.60 respectively. The purchased shares will all becancelled. Following the above purchase, the Company has a total of 34,849,719 ordinaryshares in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented 0.023% ofthe voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior tosuch purchases.
