9.5 per cent guaranteed sterling notes 2015/2017 issued by R.E.A. Finance B.V.
Further to the announcement on 3 January 2012 by R.E.A. Holdings plc ("REAH") of a settlement agreement in respect of certain land areas, REA Finance B.V. ("REAF"), a wholly owned subsidiary of REAH, is today despatching to holders of the 9.5 per cent guaranteed sterling notes 2015/17 issued by REAF (the "sterling notes") a notice convening a meeting of sterling note holders to be held at Prins Bernhardplein 200, 1097 JB Amsterdam, The Netherlands on 14 March 2012 at 1 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to consider, and if thought fit approve, a resolution regarding the proposed settlement arrangements. The notice of meeting is accompanied by an explanatory circular from REAH.
Copies of the notice of meeting and accompanying explanatory circular will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will also be available from the REAH website at www.rea.co.uk.
