RECKITT BENCKISER GROUP PLC - Transaction in Own Shares

On 18 March 2013, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc acquired from HSBC Bank plc,10,000 of its ordinary shares at an average price of £46.5634 per ordinaryshare. These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, theCompany has:

1. 17,072,478 shares held as treasury shares; and

2. 717,580,882 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)
