Grant of Share Options
The Company announces that on 25 June 2013 the Board of the Company granted options over a total of 2,948,679 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Options") to David Wright, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
1,300,000 of the Options were granted under the Company's EMI share option scheme.
The exercise price of the Options is 20 pence per share and, subject to the achievement of certain performance conditions, the Options can be exercised at any time from 25 June 2015.
David Wright continues to be interested in 2,471,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.68% of the Company's issued share capital. Furthermore, following the grant of the Options, David Wright is interested in 4,148,679 options over Ordinary Shares.
