Pollen Street Secured Lending plc ("PSSL" or the "Company") announces that on 30 December 2019 it purchased 1,322 of its ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 832.0 pence per Ordinary Share. All of these shares will be held as treasury shares.
Following the above transaction, the Company now has 86,306,803 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 11,899,613 Ordinary Shares are currently held by the Company as treasury shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 74,407,190.
