LTIP AWARDS
Persimmon Plc ("the Company") announces that on 7 March 2016 it granted an option to Dave Jenkinson, Group Managing Director under the Persimmon Plc 2012 Long Term Incentive Plan (the Plan) over 745,800 shares at an option price of £21.02.
This award brings Dave Jenkinson's total award under the Plan to the maximum approved by shareholders for the Company's Group Managing Director.
The award is subject to the performance condition set out in the rules of the Plan, in summary being the return of £6.20 per share to shareholders by the end of 2021. Following this award, Dave Jenkinson holds options/awards over 2,417,666 ordinary shares granted under the Company's various share schemes.
The issued share capital of the Company on 8 March 2016 is 307,629,521 ordinary shares.
