Park Plaza Hotels Limited29 February 2008 29 February 2008 Park Plaza Hotels Limited ("Park Plaza" or the "Company") Total Voting Rights and Capital as at 29 February 2008 As a company incorporated in Guernsey, Park Plaza is not subject to theprovisions of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules. However, in order tocomply with the guidance to AIM Rule 17 for companies incorporated outside GreatBritain whose shares are admitted to trading on AIM, the Company hasincorporated the provisions of Chapter 5 of the Disclosure Rules andTransparency Rules by reference into its Articles of Association. Therefore, in accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Disclosure Rules andTransparency Rules, Park Plaza hereby discloses that as at 29 February 2008 itsissued share capital consists of 41,677,292 ordinary shares of nil par value.The total number of voting rights in respect of these ordinary shares is41,677,292, each ordinary share having one vote. Park Plaza does not hold anyordinary shares in treasury. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which to determine whether they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DisclosureRules and Transparency Rules.
