Park Plaza Hotels Limited("Park Plaza" or the "Company")

Admission to the Official List

Further to its announcement on 24 June 2011, the Company announces that the admission of its entire issued ordinary share capital to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and admission to trading on the main market for listed securities of London Stock Exchange plc ("Admission") became effective at 08.00 a.m. today. Trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM was cancelled simultaneously.

The Company's ordinary shares continue to trade under the TIDM code PPH and the Company currently has 42,677,292 ordinary shares in issue (862,000 of which are held in treasury).
