Notification of Transactions of Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
Paragraph 3.1.4 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules
Poundland Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 2nd March 2015, in accordance with paragraph 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Grant Hearn, Independent Non-Executive Director, notified the Company that he had on the day of the notification acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3.86987 each
Mr Grant's holding in the Company is 10,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.004% of the entire issued share capital.
