Notification of Transactions - Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
Paragraph 3.1.4 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules
Poundland Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 8th December 2015, in accordance with paragraph 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Jinder Jhuti, Company Secretary & General Counsel, notified the Company that her son, Jagpreet Jhuti, had on the day of the notification acquired 2,283 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.17p each.
The combined holding of Jinder Jhuti and her family in the Company is now 224,556 Ordinary Shares, which is 0.08% of the entire issued share capital.
