The announcement states that Cycladic andPrinciple Capital have today delivered to the PMI Board a requisition to call anExtraordinary General Meeting of PMI to allow shareholders to vote onresolutions authorising the immediate removal of Vernon Sankey (Chairman) andSerge Crasnianski (Chief Executive Officer) as Directors of the Company.
