Photo-Me International PLC14 August 2007 Tuesday 14 August 2007 PHOTO-ME INTERNATIONAL PLC Proposed Vending Division Disposal Following the announcement on 2 July 2007 that the Board had asked Lazard toexplore whether an acceptable offer might be achievable for PMI's VendingDivision, the Board has unanimously concluded that there is a sufficient levelof interest for the process to move to its next phase.
