The following replaces the announcement "Form 8 (OPD) Photo-Me International PLC" released on 25 January 2022 at 15.02 under RNS No: 6029Z.
The announcement has been amended so that in the table of section 3 the % of total issued share capital (excluding options) attributed to Françoise Coutaz-Replan reads 0.053 and not 0.53 as previously stated. All other details remain unchanged.
