Photo-Me International PLC13 February 2006 PHOTO-ME INTERNATIONAL PLC Appointment of a Non-Executive Director PMI, the FTSE 250 digital imaging company, has appointed Martin Reavley, as anindependent non-executive Director with effect from 13 February 2006. Since January 2005, Martin Reavley has been First Bursar of King's College,Cambridge, and since July 2005 he has been a non-executive Director of Matalanplc. Previously, he was at Kesa Electricals plc, one of Europe's leadingappliance and electronics retailers, 2003-05 (as Group Finance Director); atKingfisher plc 1998-2003 and 1987-94 (latterly as Managing Director of ChartwellLand plc and Director of Corporate Development); and at Bass plc 1994-98(latterly as Chief Financial Officer of Holiday Inn Worldwide). He is a Trusteeand Treasurer of the Disability Partnership. He is fluent in French. Vernon Sankey, Chairman, said: "We are delighted to welcome Martin to the Board.His extensive experience, at a senior level, of both finance and retailing willstrengthen and complement the Board."
