PROACTIS Holdings PLC ("PROACTIS", the "Group" or the "Company"), the specialist Spend Control software provider, announces that Tata Consultancy Services ("TCS") has selected PROACTIS' integrated suite of procurement software solutions to power its Procurement BPO Platform.
TCS is a leader in the global marketplace for IT services, consulting and business solutions and has more than 35 pre-defined procurement processes developed using best practices assimilated from over 30 years of in-depth expertise.
TCS' Procurement BPO Platform, an integrated procurement and purchase-to-pay solution, will provide streamlined and cost effective processes for their clients along with a framework of sourcing, contract, catalogue and supplier management capabilities that will help leverage their client's full buying power, gain best value agreements, and maximise the percentage of "Spend Under Management" across all categories.
The Procurement BPO Platform will be hosted on a reliable, scalable and secure infrastructure under a choice of business models.
