TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
The following notification is made in accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
As at 30 June 2010, SOCO's capital consists of 337,329,908 ordinary shares of £0.05 each with voting rights. SOCO currently holds 110,000 shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in SOCO is 337,219,908.
The above figure (337,219,908) may be used by shareholders as a denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, SOCO International plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The above figures reflect the subdivision of the Company's issued ordinary share capital which became effective on 10 June 2010, whereby each existing ordinary share of £0.20 was subdivided into four ordinary shares of £0.05 each. The ISIN for the ordinary shares of £0.05 each is GB00B572ZV91.
