Exit of Action closed
Further to the announcement on 15 November 2019, Princess Private Equity Holding Limited ("Princess" or "the Company") announces that the sale of its stake in Action has now closed. The Company has received initial proceeds of EUR 80.9 million following the closing of the transaction. The transaction involves an element of deferred proceeds, amounting to approximately EUR 9.1 million for the Company, to be received no later than June 2023.
The exit valuation of Action was reflected in the Company's net asset value as of 30 November 2019. Consequently, the closing of the transaction does not have an impact on the Company's net asset value.
Including the initial proceeds from the sale of its stake in Action, the Company's pro-forma cash position stands at EUR 107.0 million. This balance includes EUR 80 million of liquidity which has been drawn under the Company's EUR 80 million credit facility.
